1. Definitions

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on juan395. Registering, operating, or maintaining more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, juan395 reserves the right to suspend all such accounts, void any related bets or transactions, and forfeit any balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and at all times thereafter. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any of the details change.

4.3 Account Security

12. Account Suspension & Termination

Juan395 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information.
• The Player is under 21 years of age.
• The Account has been used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to juan395.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or a mandatory exclusion has been applied by a regulatory authority.

Upon Account closure for cause, juan395 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and, where applicable, any Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed without cause, any remaining verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
